The Nilotes Initiative focuses on gastronomy, food systems, cultural heritage and youth development in a fragile, post-conflict environment.
The initiative responds to the need to professionalize and promote South Sudanese cuisine while contributing to food security, economic opportunities and peacebuilding through food.
